We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Xero Required) – Remote

A regional Victorian business is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day admin and invoicing support. This is a full-time remote role, supporting operations across forestry, agriculture, environmental, and government sectors.

Role Highlights:

  • Full-time | Remote
  • Australian business (Victoria-based)
  • Working hours: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST)
  • Xero experience essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and record management in Xero
  • Invoice processing and basic financial documentation
  • Email management and professional communication
  • General administrative support
  • Handling basic phone calls and client queries
  • Working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
