A regional Victorian business is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day admin and invoicing support. This is a full-time remote role, supporting operations across forestry, agriculture, environmental, and government sectors.
Role Highlights:
- Full-time | Remote
- Australian business (Victoria-based)
- Working hours: Mon–Fri | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (AEST)
- Xero experience essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and record management in Xero
- Invoice processing and basic financial documentation
- Email management and professional communication
- General administrative support
- Handling basic phone calls and client queries
- Working with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
