- Assist in processing company permits, licenses, and other legal or compliance documents.
- Handle petty cash, fund liquidation, and basic financial documentation.
- Monitor and coordinate utilities, office supplies, and inventory of fixed assets.
- Process requests for mobile loads, communication allowances, and related reimbursements.
- Track usage and process payments for office equipment
- Coordinate with security personnel and review attendance logs and roving sheets.
- Maintain organized records, files, and databases for general affairs activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers or service providers.
- Support other administrative and general affairs functions as assigned by management.
