About the Role

JPrecruits is hiring an Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience for a US-based client. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both administrative and basic accounting tasks while working night shift.

You will support day-to-day business operations, assist with bookkeeping, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative support tasks (email management, data entry, document organization)
  • Manage and update records using QuickBooks
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
  • Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare basic financial reports as needed
  • Coordinate schedules, files, and internal documentation
  • Communicate professionally with the US-based team
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
