About the Role
JPrecruits is hiring an Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience for a US-based client. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both administrative and basic accounting tasks while working night shift.
You will support day-to-day business operations, assist with bookkeeping, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative support tasks (email management, data entry, document organization)
- Manage and update records using QuickBooks
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Reconcile transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare basic financial reports as needed
- Coordinate schedules, files, and internal documentation
- Communicate professionally with the US-based team
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data
