Role Overview:
The Administrative Assistant supports the management of company assets and facilities by tracking records, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation. The role assists in audits and inspections, coordinates with other departments, and performs other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of related experience.
- Strong written communication and decision-making skills.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, databases, and relevant software.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
