JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides administrative support to the assigned division, including document management and handling related documentation.
Manages system-related and non-technical tasks for the team, such as updating monitoring databases and preparing relevant reports.
Updates and maintains the team's daily schedules.
Coordinates and requests schedules and activities for team reference.
Organizes, files, and safeguards documents and records.
Regularly updates files and information in the monitoring database.
Handles both physical documents and electronic files efficiently.
Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Assists in addressing issues and concerns raised by the supported team.
Processes documents and verifies compliance and completeness of required attachments.
Understands and utilizes departmental systems and tools effectively.

Graduate of any four-year course.
