EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE•Must have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field. • Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Administrative Assistant
• Must have an experience in coordinating meetings, preparing reports representations and executive summaries
• Experience with office management software or tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack) REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic accounting or invoicing experience
