Job Description
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for financial advisors
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely follow-ups and a smooth client experience
- Enter and maintain accurate client records using Wealthbox CRM
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Wealthbox CRM is a strong plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally
