Administrative Assistant
Location: Milford, MA (On-Site, 5 Days Per Week)
Responsibilities

+ Process customer and vendor paperwork, including titles and registrations.

+ Review documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.

+ Enter and maintain information within company systems and databases.

+ Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email to gather information and provide updates.

+ Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.

+ Work closely with departments across the organization to ensure transactions move smoothly from start to finish.

+ Maintain organized records and files for reporting and operational purposes.

+ Help resolve issues and discrepancies while providing exceptional customer service.
