Only A Click Digital Marketing is hiring a Sales Support & Lead Coordinator (Remote – LATAM) to oversee our sales process, manage lead flow, and support the success of our phone sales team. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone with sales leadership experience, a passion for structure, and the ability to coach a high-performing team.

You'll be responsible for organizing leads, ensuring follow-through, tracking performance, and coaching sales reps to maximize conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and organize incoming sales leads and assign them to the right sales reps

Ensure timely and professional follow-up via CRM and automation tools

Track sales calls and provide feedback to improve rep performance

Coach, support, and hold the sales team accountable to daily/weekly goals

Analyze sales metrics and report on team performance
