As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive executive support and play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and coordinating business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals) and ensuring complete documentation for audit compliance.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports for executives, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. 
  • Creating and managing purchase orders for office and operational supplies. 
  • Ensuring adherence to corporate policies (travel management, expense, purchasing, and compliance guidelines). 
  • Supporting executives with agenda organization, administrative coordination, and ad hoc requests. 
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on administrative processes and supporting team needs.
