The Administrative Assistant will act as a point of contact for employees and clients, providing administrative support and managing their queries/concerns. Main duties include inventory, procurement, and other office administration tasks.

- Graduate of any Bachelors degree course
- Preferably has work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Has knowledge of office procedures (documents, facilities, travel, logistics management)
- Experience with office software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Experience in events management is a plus
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Manages the inventory of office supplies and equipment stock, and procures for replenishment
