Job Description
The Administrative Assistant supports the Land Acquisition Team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operations of land acquisition processes. He/she is in charge of coordinating with other departments with regards to operational requirements and transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitates, reports, and analyzes project documents under the supervision of the Team Leader.
- Coordinates with property owners in providing guidance on the process being administered after negotiations.
- Drafts, monitors, and implements contracts, affidavits, and other legal documents relevant to property acquisitions, post-acquisitions, and occurrences.
- Administers the preparation, processing, and implementation of payments, disbursements, and other financial-related activities.
