Overview
We’re looking for a professional and dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office and branch operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced, in-person environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in delivering excellent service experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, building positive relationships
- Understand customer needs and gather important service information
- Create and manage basic work orders in internal systems
- Provide status updates and follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate service and administrative documentation
