**Administrative Assistant (Excel Skills)**

📍 Laurel, MS
🕒 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **detail-oriented Administrative Assistant** with strong Excel skills to support data entry, reporting, and daily office operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Enter and maintain data in Excel and internal systems
+ Create and update reports (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
+ Review data for accuracy and correct errors
+ Track orders, inventory, or production data
+ Organize files and assist with general admin tasks

**Qualifications**

+ Data entry experience
+ Strong Microsoft Excel skills (SUM, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
+ High attention to detail and organization
+ Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
