**Overview**
Element Midland has an opportunity for an **Administrative Assistant II** , primarily responsible for processing routine business operations in project and finance systems.
The Operations Support Specialist may also be involved in receiving orders, managing inventory, and assisting with information storage and retrieval (both electronic and physical). The ideal candidate will be action oriented, have good attention to detail, and work well with others.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive incoming shipments & assist with customer pickup and return of samples
+ Review customer PO’s, and enter work orders into LIMS and Financial System
+ Verify that orders received include all necessary paperwork to allow for proper testing of samples, follow-up with appropriate stakeholders in case of discrepancies.
+ Promptly address revised PO’s for work in progress by entering the new PO’s into the system and communicating changes to appropriate dep...
