We are a faith‑based independent school located in beautiful Nelson, British Columbia, and we are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Human Resources & Marketing to join our dynamic team.
The Administrative Assistant – Human Resources & Marketing provides administrative and clerical support for the Society’s human resources, recruitment, records management, communications, and marketing functions. Responsibilities include coordinating administrative processes, maintaining confidential employee records, preparing correspondence, reports, and employment documentation, scheduling interviews and meetings, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, assisting with marketing and communications initiatives, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping to support the efficient operation of the organization.
