About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Coordinator, Health and Safety, the Administrative Assistant, Health and Safety provides key administrative support to the Line Creek Health and Safety department, including responsibilities related to access control.
In this Role You Will
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies.
- Manage access control for all personnel entering and exiting the site to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of various safety reports, including Streamline and Siteline data, injury and incident statistics, Controller’s Reports, First Aid Reports, and Flash Reports.
- Provide administrative support for Health and Safety programs, including the coordination and distribution of specialized personal protective equipment (PPE).
