We are seeking an administrative assistant to join our Harvard team. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to begin a career in accounting.


Key responsibilities

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Assist with basic tax preparation and bookkeeping tasks under supervision
  • Accurately enter data into accounting and tax software platforms
  • Maintain organized digital and physical client records
  • Scan, file, and mail client documents and correspondence
  • Support scheduling, client intake, and general office organization
  • Provide additional capacity and coverage during busy tax season


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of general office or clerical experience.
