Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Faisalabad. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily office tasks, and data evaluation and entry. The role involves handling data evaluation, entry and grey fabric calculations professionally, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations by performing clerical and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including file management and organization
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant office tools and Accounts aswell
Strong organizational and time management skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education is a plus
