 Reception & Switchboard :





  • Physical reception of visitors, clients, partners

  • Management of the telephone switchboard (receiving, filtering, transferring calls)



  •  General Administration :





  • Filing, archiving, data entry

  • Management of office supplies

  • Administrative support to various departments



  •  GPS Tracking / Fleet Monitoring :





  • Supervision of vehicle geolocation 

  • Updating and analyzing GPS data (reports, alerts, etc.)




  • Required profile :
  • Education from Bac 2 to Bac +5 (e.g., Management Assistant, Secretarial, etc.)

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desired

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Comfortable with digital tools (GPS tracking, dashboards, etc.)
