What you can expect

In this position of Administrative Customer Service Representative
(internal job title Refund Service Specialist) you will be responsible for
onboarding our customers, submitting VAT Refund requests and monitoring the
progress of the refund requests until payment is made. Besides this
administrative work, you will also be in contract, via phone and email, with
our customers, partners and the Tax Authorities.

What will you do?

  • You will work in an informal international office environment.
  • You will be involved in achieving a timely refund of VAT for our clients.
  • To this end, you will be in contact with the client, our partners and the Tax Authorities (for approx. 30% of your working time) via phone and email to collect the necessary documents for submitting refund requests and to answer questions from the clients.
  • The remaining time is spent on the administrative process related to refund requests.
