Administrative Assistant Clerk

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Administrative Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in dispatch and delivery coordination across all branches
  • Conduct and support inventory monitoring
  • Help maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks (filing, documentation, encoding)
  • Assist in booking, delivery, and receiving of items
  • Track and monitor item expiry and promptly inform concerned personnel
  • Help in supplier sourcing and price comparisons
  • Assist in payment and settlement coordination
  • Handle other purchasing and administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in an administrative or clerical role
