Administrative Assistant, Centre for Teaching & Learning
Reporting to the Dean of Teaching and Learning, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating the administrative operations of the Centre for Teaching and Learning and providing confidential executive support to the Dean. The position serves as the primary administrative hub for the Centre, supporting institutional initiatives, faculty professional development, committee work, financial and human resource processes, project coordination, and day‑to‑day operations while ensuring exceptional service to faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
