Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education in office administration or equivalent experience and training
  • Experience working within a First Nation or community service environment
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, leadership, and training

Main Duties

  • Reporting to the Director of Capital, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director with the administrative duties within the Capital Department and provides support to the Department of Capital Works on capital, housing, operations and maintenance related projects
