Our client is seeking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis in Calgary, Alberta. This position supports daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in accounting or tax-related roles and thrives in an organized, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client check-ins and handle personal tax files accurately and confidentially.
  • Use iFirm to upload, organize, and track documents in line with internal processes.
  • Scan and compile documents into organized PDFs.
  • Prepare finalized tax returns for client signatures via DocuSign.
  • Update file statuses, date-stamp documents, and follow up on missing information.
  • Escalate tax-related questions to the manager as needed.
