Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Schedule meetings and support office visitors
- Maintain clean and organized office spaces, including kitchen upkeep and dishwasher loading/unloading
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning
- Coordinate and complete assigned administrative projects
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
