Aston Carter's client is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team! This individual will act as the bridge between customers and the site operational management team. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by balancing customer requirements with internal needs, serving as the primary interface with customers, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer contract requirements are administered appropriately.
- Fulfill customer initiatives, special processes, and data requests consistently and promptly.
- Serve as the main contact for customer groups, developing and deploying new or revised processes to meet customer goals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maintain on-time shipping of customer orders.
