Your role


As Administrative Assistant in our Benelux office, you will provide vital business support for compliance processes, vendor coordination, and administrative efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, handling event approvals, and maintaining compliance with medical regulations. This position offers a collaborative environment in a small, dedicated team serving the Benelux region.


 


Primary work tasks:



  • Create purchase orders and process invoices in SAP.

  • Ensure medical event compliance in Veeva CRM and Approved Activity Plan (AAP) for Benelux.

  • Keep templates and documentation aligned with current regulations.

  • Support GDPR requirements and maintain data protection compliance.

  • Organize and facilitate events, congresses, and vendor coordination.
