Job Description

  • Coordinating with various departments to create induction programs for new hires.
  • Contacting training companies and arranging the training venue.
  • Assisting in the administration of expatriates to ensure the validity of work permits and business visas.
  • Supporting HR with information on Group Health Insurance under HR supervision.
  • Assisting in handling Social Security issues under HR supervision.
  • Maintaining leave records of Employees.
  • Distributing Daily Employees' Absent List.
  • Taking responsibility for the receptionist duties during official working hours and responding to all inquiries from physical walk-ins, phone calls, faxes, etc.
  • Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing documents, and communication.
