Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Administrative Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day support services to the location along with its associates up to and including working within the ERP system, administrative and facility duties to support the business.
Administration/Facilities
Completes various tasks within the ERP system (AX Dynamics) for production, including the creation of production orders, which requires working closely with Customer Care and the Production Supervisors. Supports the human resources department with the administration and tracking of employee training, new hire on-boarding, filing and other administrative tasks. Supports various departments with data entry, mailings, audits & reconciliations, along with other administrative tasks.
