Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide coverage for a full time 5-week contract assignment in downtown Calgary.

- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Coordinate meetings, boardrooms, couriers, and office logistics
- Prepare, format, and edit documents and presentations
- Support data entry, reporting, and database maintenance
- Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, minutes, and follow-up items
- Maintain office supplies and ensure shared spaces remain organized and professional
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
