The Company
Our client, a global company in the trading sector, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team for a contractual period of 6 months.
The Role
The role primarily involves providing general administration support (90%) and some procurement responsibilities (10%). This includes preparing materials for internal board meetings, organizing and storing information both physically and digitally, managing courier tracking, assisting with external company events, maintaining traveler and subscription lists, and monitoring procurement-related trackers for contract expirations.
Your Profile
You should possess at least a Diploma in any fields, with some relevant experience in handling office administrative duties. You are expected to have good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally with team members as well as externally with clients.
