We are seeking an Operations Officer II to support back‑office financial operations within a leading financial institution with CSC certificate. The role involves managing retirement plan transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and handling internal partner requests through Salesforce in a fast‑paced, SLA‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage Registered Retirement Plans (RRSP) in accordance with CRA guidelines.
- Handle withdrawal requests and ensure accurate tax and compliance processing.
- Maintain high accuracy while adhering to SLAs and compliance standards.
- Receive and respond to internal partner requests via Salesforce.
- Perform back‑office operational tasks with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless processing.
