  • Categorizing incoming calls and emails and escalating complex problems to the next level of support as per the documented procedures.
  • Maintaining documentation on communications regarding customer inquiries for billing and account inquiries.
  • Compiling master copies of organizational policy and procedure manuals, keeping them up-to-date, and operating the document control system under supervision.
  • Providing administrative and training support to the user community regarding security and password administration, access privileges, and printer access.
