Administrative & Logistics Coordinator Semi-Remote | Full-Time (Must live within the Milwaukee metro area) About the Role We’re looking for a sharp, people-first Administrative and Logistics Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of our advisor teams across Wisconsin and Minnesota.


This is a front-line position where you’ll connect families to life-changing resources, keep our advisors running at full speed, and represent Oasis to the communities and professionals we partner with every day.   Key Responsibilities Guide families through senior care options with warmth, clarity, and confidence — helping them understand what Oasis does and why it matters.


Serve as a trusted point of contact for families, advisors, facilities, and community partners, communicating our value at every touchpoint.


Manage and triage incoming calls and correspondence, routing priority issues quickly and professionally.
