Responsibilities:
• Vendor communication and follow-up
• Management and tracking of vendor payments
• Review and control of invoices and administrative documentation
• Follow-up on internal documents, policies, and signatures
• Support in the coordination of corporate events and internal activities
• Follow-up on administrative and operational processes
• Drafting and review of contracts
• Employee support regarding administrative matters
• Preparation and update of Excel reports
