Location: Goomburrup - Bunbury
Salary: $34.78 per hour + Superannuation + NFP salary packaging benefits
Employment status: 12 Month Fixed Term to July (with potential to extend)

Our Transition Home service in Bunbury supports people living with disability and those requiring mental health support as they transition from hospital to home.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Administration Officer to provide essential operational and administrative support to our Transition Home Manager and Team of Support Workers. You will have regular interactions with our customers, their families and other local providers.
