About the role

Mercy Community Services have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team. This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in Rockhampton.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer who is passionate about high-level admin support, process and business improvements and possesses excellent time management skills.

What you’ll be doing

  • Perform assigned duties and work in various areas within Mercy Community
  • Manage client care administration from referrals to discharge
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the Client Management System
  • Coordinate Services and liaise with contractors and team members

About you

As the successful applicant, you will possess:

  • Proven administrative experience ideally in human services setting
  • Proven skills using computer systems, at an intermediate level
