Job Description – Administration Officer

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Administration Officer will provide administrative and finance support within a busy industrial and site-based environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, invoice management, supplier reconciliation and data entry while supporting daily site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bulk payroll entries and timesheets accurately and within deadlines
  • Raise and reconcile supplier purchase orders and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and site documentation
  • Provide administrative support to operational and site teams
