Our Administration Team provide outstanding customer care to patients and their families. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work on a full time basis alongside our established team of Administration staff in supporting the hospital’s Admissions and Wards. This is a great role for an experienced and patient care focused individual.

As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include performing a broad range of administration duties including:

·Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork

·Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits

·Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records

·Perform Health Fund Checks (as required)

·Manage the collection of excesses/co payment...
