Job Title: Procurement Officer
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Location: Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust
Trust Location: Pinderfields Hospital, Aberford Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF1 4DG
Contract Type: Temporary until September 2026

What you’ll be responsible for:
· To answer telephone calls in a timely manner and deal with all enquiries effectively, and where necessary escalate to the appropriate person to rectify any issues/queries accordingly.
· To be responsible for the proactive resolution of e-mails received into the Procurement Supplies Inbox.
· Provide Administration duties to the Supplies Management Team as and when required.
· To support the Clinical Procurement team with administration duties, taking meeting notes and updating records where appropriate.
