Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the Dispatch & Documentation team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee the processing of dispatch orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation.
  • Ensure all ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions are processed accurately and on time.
  • Review and approve invoices and resolve any documentation or billing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Monitor cash customer accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Train team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
