Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Dispatch & Documentation team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee the processing of dispatch orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documentation.
- Ensure all ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Review and approve invoices and resolve any documentation or billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor cash customer accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare operational reports and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Train team members and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
