Requirements
- Check & update product listing prices
- Reply to customer enquiries on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & WhatsApp
- Perform stock checking & coordinate with warehouse
- Follow up on promo timelines (campaigns, vouchers, festive promotions)
- Edit basic videos (training provided)
- Manage returns & follow up with customers/platforms
- Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks
Ensure smooth daily operation of all e-commerce platforms
Computer literate (Excel, online tools, e-commerce platform backend)
- Detail-oriented, responsible & able to work independently
- Good communication & time-management skills
- Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- Prefer 1–2 years experience (e-commerce/admin).
- Fresh grads with strong learning attitude are welcome.
