Job Responsibilities
Requirements

  • Check & update product listing prices
  • Reply to customer enquiries on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & WhatsApp
  • Perform stock checking & coordinate with warehouse
  • Follow up on promo timelines (campaigns, vouchers, festive promotions)
  • Edit basic videos (training provided)
  • Manage returns & follow up with customers/platforms
  • Assist with ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Ensure smooth daily operation of all e-commerce platforms

  • Computer literate (Excel, online tools, e-commerce platform backend)

  • Detail-oriented, responsible & able to work independently
  • Good communication & time-management skills
  • Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
  • Prefer 1–2 years experience (e-commerce/admin).
  • Fresh grads with strong learning attitude are welcome.
