Job Description

Provide administrative support to the team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Prepare, process, and maintain tenancy agreements, service contracts, and related documentation.

Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal departments on administrative matters.

Manage documentation related to property operations such as purchase requests, invoices, work orders, and quotations.

Maintain proper filing and record-keeping of property documents, reports, and correspondence.

Assist in tracking lease expiry, renewals, insurance, and compliance documentation.

Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and service requests, and elevate issues when required.

Support meetings by preparing minutes, reports, and follow-up actions.
