Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Support
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Support day-to-day project operations and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Communication & Follow-ups
- Act as a communication bridge between project teams and stakeholders.
- Share project updates and reminders with team members.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation such as plans, reports, trackers, and approvals.
- Update project status trackers and assist in preparing basic project reports.
