Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Support
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  • Support day-to-day project operations and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
  • Communication & Follow-ups
  • Act as a communication bridge between project teams and stakeholders.
  • Share project updates and reminders with team members.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain project documentation such as plans, reports, trackers, and approvals.
  • Update project status trackers and assist in preparing basic project reports.
