Job Description

Job Scope:

. Compile and submit monthly performance reports and mandatory records to the managing agent on time and accurately

. Keep worker records current, IC, work permits, medical clearances, uniforms and equipment

. Track cleaning performance against KPIs and prepare documentation for audits and inspections

. Log and follow up on complaints, incidents and customer feedback

. Support monthly site meetings, minutes and action tracking

. Act as the administrative link between site supervisors, the managing agent and HQ

Requirement:

. Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years in facilities / cleaning contract administration (or similar) preferred

. Strong MS Excel and document-control skills organised, accurate and deadline-driven

. Comfortable coordinating with site teams and clients

. Experience with government or institutional contracts is a plus
