Your Opportunity

This is a permanent part-time opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our Adelaide branch. This role offers flexible start and finish times, including school hours. You will be the go-to support person for the branch, helping keep systems, processes and administration running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and maintaining project files, records and work order approvals
  • Assist in finalising project documentation and completion of project sign offs
  • Lead end of month processing activities, including raising of claims and Work in Progress
