ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY POST)
The Admin Assistant is responsible in managing and organizing the overall summons. To maintaining good relationship with the company's existing client and is the main liaison between the company and a selected group of clients, and clients' requirements are met satisfactorily.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Assist in the resolution/reduction of our Summons Management (reduce 20% – 30% per year).
- Develop and manage relationships with the respective LO's who handle summons offence from the various ministries, departments, and agencies in the Federal Government of Malaysia.
- Collect data summons (monthly) from JSPT PDRM, JPJ & Local Council.
- Meeting and liaising with LO's from JSPT, JPJ and Local Council and acting as a link between client and the Client Management Services to discuss and identify data for summons. To ensure communication flows effectively.
