Administration Assistant - Quality Support

What you’ll do:

Provide support to the plant Quality function, monitoring and reporting on key Quality Management System processes. Provide Plant Leadership Team with timely and accurate data and performance reports.

Collect and consolidate Quality data (Warranty, Scrap, Rework etc) and produce formal monthly reports.

• Concessions
• Calibration
• Corrective Action Reports (Customer, Supplier, Plant)
• Engineering Change Notes
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• FAI (First Article Inspection)

Maintain Engineering drawing and specification retention systems liaising with internal and external-to-plant contacts.

Co-ordinate and be key point of contact for Document Control system (Utilising Workbench Software).

Be a key user of Eaton supplier quality management software (WISPER). Tracking performance and compliance status and uploading DMRs and PPAPs.
