Are you an organised Administrator who enjoys working with systems, data accuracy in a fast-paced environment!
- Process and update Operational Qualifications (OQs) using JD Edwards
- Verify documentation for completeness and compliance
- Some travel coordinating - flights, accommodation, itineraries as required
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve data or scheduling discrepancies
- Generate reports and provide general administrative support
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards
- Previous experience in an administration or coordination role
- Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems (highly regarded)
- Exposure to travel coordination or booking systems (desirable)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident using MS Office Suite
